I came here randomly and I absolutely love this place. Their ramen is awesome. The other dishes they have are also great like the cucumber salad. I have to come here more to try the rest of the dishes. The service is friendly and location is great!

3.5 rounded to 4 stars. As a former vegetarian, I can appreciate when there are ramen options. As a current meat eater, I would give Ruby 3 stars. It just didn't hit it for me. It was ok but not great for the price. I was hungry two hours later. my husband had Quartz and it was ok too. Not what hit the spot for us as hoped on a windy day. the vegan bun was good but not $6 good. i was surprised our server mentioned shu mai as a type of bun. its dim sum. She came to check on us once after I got my ramen and my husband was still waiting on his. She asked how the food was. He had no food.

It was definitely worth the drive down from the Valley. The dining area isn't very big, so getting there early is key. We started with their iced green tea and the spicy cucumber. Both were very good. I had the vegan Bun and the Spicy Quartz ramen and it was delicious! The broth was very tasty and the noddles were just perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very kind and generous. My only issue would be that they never asked if we wanted a refill of our waters and they never cleared any of our dirty dishes. But I'm willing to give it another chances.

Don't judge the broth until you've tried it! Yes, all their broths are vegetable-based, but don't let that turn you away. You won't even notice--it's that rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I got the Quarts ramen, and it was seriously delicious. The chicken? You'd think it might be dry, but nope--super tender and easy to eat. At nearly $17, it might not look like the biggest portion at first glance, but trust me, it gets the job done. Fast and friendly service, cozy vibes--definitely a great spot for a rainy day

I would say this is above average ramen. I think the broth is seasoned well and the noodles are prepared nicely but the chicken topping is super weird. It's SUPER chewy, almost hard and difficult to bite/break off. I almost thought it was uncooked by its texture but it was indeed cooked. I took one bite of one piece and couldn't eat the rest of the chicken slides. Aside from the chicken being weird, I would say the ramen itself was pretty good. Service was prompt and simple. They are quick to remove your dish when you're done and refill your water when it's empty without asking. Parking can be difficult due to the location but it's not terribly difficult to find street parking especially on a weekday.

My bestie & I decided to get ramen for lunch today and this place was amazing! We started with the spicy edamame and the crispy vegan gyoza and both were so good. I decided to order the Quartz Vegan and it was so good, definitely nice in this cold weather!! The restaurant plays jazz music & it makes it feel very relaxing ans great place to have conversation. Our waiter was also super nice & attentive the whole time. Definitely coming back!

One of the best ramen bowls I've had. Tried the spicy quartz without egg since I'm not a fan of egg. Broth and noodles were both flavorful I also tried a chicken bao, that was good but ramen was better and I'll pass on the bao next time. Parking is tough in the area so I parked at the bank next door and ran over. Worth a try
